位於市中心，但離BTS有一小段距離，走路約10分鐘，飯店也有接駁車。 飯店稍舊，不過維護的還不錯。我訂的房間附有廚房可使用，碗盤、刀叉、鍋子、微波爐都有，還有洗碗精和菜瓜布可使用。浴室有浴池，馬桶是免治馬桶。 健身房、泳池、桑拿房、自助洗衣間都有。健身房基本設備都有，以飯店來說還算大。泳池為鹹味的水，室內泳池不受天候影響，但有點小。在大廳還有提供飲料和點心。 客服人員、打掃人員、行李管理員都很親切、熱心。

訂了家庭雙房間，一個房間有黴味，住了四晚一直開窗但味道還是很重，空調有些吵。服務人員都很好很熱心，打掃乾淨整潔，房間提供洗衣機帶烘乾功能非常好，有簡單烹飪設備和餐具。泳池較小，周邊沒什麼餐廳或夜市，但還算靠近四面佛和商圈，打車一百多泰銖，離空鐵站680米，酒店有接駁的突突車，有時要等侯，周圍有711，走過去五分鐘很方便。

Stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect from all expects! Received a special birthday decoration, cakes and cards in the room. One of the female receptionist was being extra miles for borrowing us her personal umbrella due to rainy season and all hotel umbrella was used up. Thanks to her! The bell boy that with a black face mask was so kind and attentive to all the guests. His service was very pleasant and friendly! Overall stays was great and will definitely stay again! Free tuktuk shuttle is a bonus! Location wise is so close to all the malls and convenience store.

沒有想像中方便，其實離空鐵站很遠，從街頭走到街尾要走15分鐘左右，而且空鐵出口方向沒有升降機，要升降機請去反方向crentral world出口才有，但就要多走10分鐘回頭路建議坐grab叫車。 雖然離bigc一帶很遠，但星期五六日有三班免費接駁車去四面佛，週末入住可以留意。 另外自助洗衣要錢的，95thb(未稅）一次，洗衣乾衣各算一次，要去地下跟客服買，貴是不貴啦，但不太方便，洗衣房也沒有提示要去買票，如那買票，不過可以用信用卡買票滿好的。

Hotel的充電插座，太鬆了，導致我們自備用多功能充電插座，常常沖不滿電，要跑去廁所裡的唯一一個不是很鬆的地方充電🔋，希望酒店能注意到這一點，還有衞生方面，黏糊糊的，表面看上去是挺乾淨的，也希望酒店能改善。整體來説，酒店房間大，有帶廚房，然後酒店有免費的嘟嘟車接送到附近BTS 地鐵站商場也在那邊，挺方便的

Everything was great! The hotel is very centrally located, easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is super soft and comfortable, linen was crisp and fresh. The service was excellent. I received a free upgrade upon arrival. I want to give special thanks to the cleaning ladies. They cleaned the room daily, and their work was immaculate. They even rolled up my charging cords, which I never do myself 😂. Please give them a praise and salary raise. They deserve it. ❤️

Check-in process in the evening was smooth, friendly and courteous front desk staff and bellhop. There is a refundable deposit of THB1000. There’s an in-room kitchen with cooking ware and cutleries, and a washer too, which give a homely feel to the room. Bed and bathroom were clean, smart toilet is installed. Really enjoyed the fitness centre, indoor swimming pool too. Will consider staying here again on next visit to Bangkok.
